Praise Him For:

• Yolanda’s celebrating her healing from 34 years of Lyme disease, free from pain, now able to focus on tasks, play her guitar, write a letter, sew and study her Bible!!!

• The effectiveness and encouragement of last week’s training Meeting for the Love Logan Crusade, with about 75 attending around 5 attending Prayer in Action  Meetings.

• Carol’s opportunities to share with 29 children at Aboriginal Sunday School  in Logan, QLD,( i.e. story of Jonah and the whale and Jesus as the peace maker)

• The continued treatment of cancer sufferers, (i.e. Belinda, Emily, Helen, Jim and Madonna)…

Most Forgiving Father,

Please forgive me for praying small. Please help me to pray and encourage all Christians to pray for Australia’s First Great Awakening.

• God’s mercy and forgiveness for the 250,000 persons living in Greater LoganQLD and their response to His saving grace.

• Healing of Pastor John Tonga’s 19 year old nephew, Sydney, who has been sick at home with extreme head pain for 30 day’s with no money for a Tongan hospital.

• The family of Dorthea Urner who passed away recently. Dorthea was a long time A.C.T.S prayer supporter.

• Kathleen McCann who is ministering to the Erambie Mission Cowra, NSW, encouraging all to attend prayer and teaching meetings and for the Holy Spirit to ignite fire in the old campfires where once the glory of the Lord has been.

• Sue who has continued pain in her hips, bones and back.

• Nora and Ron with long term illnesses and sue who has complications from breast surgery and reconstruction.

• Pastor Cedric and Nolene who, desire a building to have a healing ministry.

• Ewen and a friend to attend the High School meetings.

• 27 March 9:00 am, Saturday, weekly Prayer Walk, focused on Greater Logan, QLD unsaved at the Kingston QLD Butter Factory.;
• 29 March,7:30pm,Friday, Counselor training for the Love Logan Event, Kingston QLD

• 30 March, Tuesday weekly organizational prayer meeting every Tuesday 6:00 30 pm-7:30pm for the Bill Newman “Love Logan”, QLD. Crusade.

The God of All Comfort

“All praises to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy and the God who comforts us. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. You can be sure that the more we suffer for Christ, the more

God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. 2 Cor 1:3-5

Too often, stress from hardships builds up within our spirit, and we shut down for a while. When we succumb to an

overwhelming desire to feel sorry for ourselves, all we are doing is focusing intently on the problem at hand.

 However, the biggest hazard of this way of coping is that it leaves no room for God. If we focus on our

problems, then we have stopped looking toward God. And with God out of the picture, how can we ever hope to handle life’s obstacles appropriately?

God is in the comfort business. He knows that there are many, many things in this life that we will simple be unable to handle on our own. Our hands just are not big enough to hold our own problems. However, His hands are more

than able. This is what the Lord meant when he proclaimed, “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

Comfort is available to us if we are willing to surrender our worries and concerns to the ONE WHO IS ABLE

TO PROVIDE RELIEF.  Let us relinquish our problems to the Lord; He can handle anything that comes our way. Only His hands can work a miracle in our lives.
