Dear Action Prayer Warrior,

Fred is home safe and sound, thank you for your prayers.  We praise God that the trip to Hong Kong/China was an answer to your prayers. Well over 200 hundred persons responded to love Christ as Lord. Most are now praying with A.C.T.S. Fred had the unanticipated privilege of speaking at 6 meetings. He was encouraged by the hospitality and hunger for the Word of God that he found with the people he met and stayed with while in Southern China.  Now we will continue to nurture relationships with volunteer evangelists, administrators and counsellors to fulfil action prayer plans for fruitful outreaches to disadvantaged children in 15 communities in February  2013 in Hong Kong.

Fred enjoying a meal with Jun Aibara prepared by his wife, Yumiko, after a long stay in Hong Kong.  What a blessing to serve the Lord with others who love Jesus and  have a passion to see souls saved and discipled.

“Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God.”  Philippians 1:3 (NLT)

We feel blessed to receive so many prayer requests and have such faithful prayer partners to share these requests with.  We honour you for your commitment to prayer.  Thank you very much!

 Prayer points:

Please stand in the gap for these dear brothers and sisters in their hour of need.

·         The family of Garnet Budge who was graduated to be with the Lord.

·         Complete healing of Norman Trefry and his cousin’s wife, Sherry.  Both have returnd home after long hospital stays to be cared for by their spouses (Sylvia and Alan). Norm will receive hospice care.

Some have spouses in jail for a long time and their families are feeling the loss. Have compassion as Jesus did when he looked over the crowd at the seashore and said, "They are like sheep without a shepherd." Jesus had compassion....pray that we do too.

·         Growth in Australia’s churches. Need new pastors in some of the churches and a blessing on the new pastors they have received recently.

world flame photo.jpgWe are told by the Lord in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to pray without ceasing. God wants us to pray continually.

Please pray as we plan and build the schedule to reach 4-14 year olds in 30 communities from Wollongong to Mackay from 28th May – 27th July.  If you speak to anyone who may be interested in having an outreach in their community or may want to come along on a part of the tour, we would love to hear from you.  Please see attached flyer.

________________________________________________________________________________

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn

from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV)

As we follow God’s instructions and do what He asks, we will see revival and healing in Australia/Asia.  We serve a wonderful God who wants the best for us and our Nation(s).  We are living in encouraging days amidst the greatest revival in history. God has a plan for us to live victoriously.  Nothing is impossible in Christ.

Remember:

A  Adoration & Praise – “Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name." (Heb 13:15 NIV)

C Confession – “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”. (Ps 32 NKJV)

T Thanksgiving – “with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God” (Phil 4:16b KJV)

S Specific requests – “Let’s devote ourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” (Col 4:2 NIV)

We look forward to continuing our dialogue...

In His grace,

Corinne Pennay & of course Fred & Carol Schaeffer
