                                                                - has great many responsibilities

                                                - need consistent base of volunteers to take on tasks
                                                                - find people with a heart for the minisry
                                                - Alan will get the word out
                                                                - Miriam & Bill Boylan to get involved?
                                                - Sylvia will urge Bev/Naz Missions Council to become members
                                                                               
                MAILINGS
                                E-mail the way to go
                                                - snail mail too expensive to print and send out
                                                - in past meetings, Timm Runnion recommended buying lists
 
                FUTURE MEETINGS at Bev/Naz Church
                                - Wednesday or Friday best for Brad
                                                - Tuesdays Brad can't make it before 8 p.m.
                                                                - but would attempt once a month
                                - Wed. not good for most people
