A.C.T.S. began requesting prayer for Cherbourg 10 years ago. The Schaeffer's first visit was in response to the wake of Cherbourg mother's pleas for help to stop massive sexual abuse of their children. Unfortunately, despite much action prayer by many and an alcohol ban, violent assaults are still occurring 30 times more than the Queensland average(1).

Praise Him that A.C.T.S. team was graciously received by the:

1. A.I.M.'s new Pastor Willy Moses, his wife, Christine and family have a unified, positive missionary attitude. They readily received our fellowship, "know how" and materials for children's ministry and invited our return to coordinate a "Jesus for Children" Family time.
2. Andrew Beckett, 4USMOB Radio Station Manager, and Harold Chapman shared our fellowship and message with their large listening audience.
3. Gospel singer/evangelist, Robyn Green heard Fred preaching on 4UM and came to the station with her husband, Anthony Beezley, inviting our team to fellowship and "camp" with them in Tingoora, QLD, that night.

By God's grace the growing multicultural family of Christian leaders ministering in Cherbourg have financial support. Please fervently pray for a sustained revival amongst the Christians and their families oneness in Christ in Cherbourg and other former Aboriginal Reserve "dumping grounds" like Palm Island and Woorimbinda, QLD. Pray especially for His protection and providence for each of these most neglected the children and their Christian relationships. Pastor Moses would appreciate prayers for resources to enrich A.I.M. Cherbourg's children's ministry. Robyn Green asks for enabling prayers for her ministry tour across America.
