Dear A.C.T.S. Action Prayer Warriors,
By God's grace and in response to your action prayers, we were able to visit the Aboriginal communities in Gilgandra, Dubbo and Wellington, N.S.W.
Please praise God with us that:
- Gilgandra - We were able to encourage the formation of the new multicultural church plant with a visit to A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists, Pastor Ben and Kathy Bird, Mick and Fran Dunn whom much appreciated the gift of Bibles, Christian DVD's and Christian books/booklets for their outreach.
- Dubbo - A.C.T.S. partnered with Rev. Dr. Ian O'Harae and students from Morling College and A.C.T.S. new Volunteer Evangelists, Eden and Jesas Hoogs to serve 26 multicultural 7 - 12 year olds at the Dubbo Baptist Church. A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelist and Aboriginal Elder, Cliff Burns, gave his testimony followed by Fred's testimony/altar call. Nearly all of the children responded to God's saving grace and received discipling materials. Cliff, Eden, and Jess appreciated A.C.T.S. materials to support their outreach to multicultural children and adults.
- Wellingtron - A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists, Bob & Joyce Blatch, led by our new Volunteer Evangelists, Sharon Ah See, to bring Christian love, chocolates, Bibles, Christian DVD's and literature to the children and their families at the Nanima Community. By God's grace, 5 pre teens confessed Jesus as Lord and a dozen others including a Christian grandmother and an atheist grandfather gladly committed to use A.C.T.S. Christian materials. By God's grace we were able to share a mission report to the Wellingtron Baptist congregation and the Blatch's home meeting.
Please ask God to:
- Bring pastors, teachers, mentors and Christian friends to all new Christians (i.e. Nathalia, Jacintha, Nichole, Amber Rose and Anton).
- Be the hound of heaven for Christian unsaved relatives (Chinese), especially in those areas we are about to visit.
- Help us serve existent A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists and Action Prayer Warriors and develop new volunteer relationships.
- Develop outreach partners in the 61 Aboriginal communities we are praying for a visit between now and July 20, especially for the greater Wagga Wagga, N.S.W. area.
- Go before Pastor Mark and Alex Naden as they develop their ministry in the Greater Dubbo region.
- Comfort the family of Colin Poyner, for his loss, especially his brother and sister in law, Alan and Marlee, A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists.
We most appreciate your continuing concern and action prayers ...
in His compassion,
Fred and Carol Schaeffer
