Subject: Praise God for the Workers in the Fields!
Dear Action Prayer Warrior, 20 June 2013

“...So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen.” 2 Corinthians 4:18 (NIV) “The fields are ripe for harvesting.” John 4:35 (ASV)
We have fruitfully completed our “Jesus for Children” Tour of the NSW coast to Canberra, ACT and back, and are letting God renew our spirits, minds and bodies and are about to embark for our Tour North to Townsville, QLD.
We praise God for A.C.T.S. rapidly growing family of Volunteers:
- Malcolm and Dawn Obst (Regional Coordinators - Riverina), Volunteer Evangelists Paula Murphy, Lynell Turner, and Roderick Ghioni, all from Wagga Wagga, N.S.W. having a successful A.C.T.S. Outreach with Pastor George Robbins in Tolland. We prayed that all those who came to the meeting would respond to God’s saving grace and all 32 did! They were lead by a 6 year old who repeated the prayer of faith with the actor on the “Jesus for Children” movie screen. Fred discipled to each of the children/adults and distributed small Bibles and “Jesus” comics.
- Dawn and Lynell organized a successful follow up meeting with Pastor George at Tolland and 50 children and 20 adults attended one month later. Another follow up meeting with the children will be held 21 July.
- With the guidance of Dawn Obst, three boys, Michael 11, Daniel 12 and Luca 12 were received the “Jesus” comic books. Fred shared the Gospel with them in a Wagga Wagga Park. They eagerly responded to God’s saving grace.

- Pastor Johnny Murison is keeping revival going and growing by planting an evangelistic church at the gateway of the Block at Redfern/Sydney, N.S.W. amidst decades of massive united, action prayer. “Born agains” have replaced the drug deaths and church attendees have replaced the beggers and thieves we first witnessed around this spot in July 1991.
- Beryl and Cyril Madden, A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists’ “Jesus for Children” Outreach in Tingha, N.S.W. resulted in many of the children accepting Jesus as Lord after hearing testimonies from the Maddens and Fred and Carol Schaeffer. The outreach included personal evangelism and many games.
- A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelist, Cliff Byrnes and his grandson brought us to the Dubbo Baptist Church (below) for a Friday night outreach. Fred was able to speak to the children, and gave a salvation call resulting in 9 youths making a commitment. Each was disciple and given a Bible and “Jesus” comic.
- We visited the Aboriginal community in Wellington along with A.C.T.S. Volunteer Evangelists, Bob and Joyce Blatch and Sharon Ah See. We were able to hand out many “Jesus” comic books, Bibles and the “Jesus for Children” DVD.
- Volunteer Evangelist, Kathy Bird, a speaker at the A.E.F. (Aboriginal Evangelical Fellowship Ladies Conference) in Cootamunda with Carol Schaeffer and Dawn Obst attending during June 8-11.
- New Volunteer Evangelists, Roderick Ghioni and Nigel Anslow brought us to a Muslim community in the center of Liverpool, N.S.W. where immigrants (Adam, John, and Page) from Saudi Arabia responded to God’s saving grace and many accepted Christian literature.
- Roderick Ghioni and ourselves distributed 100’s of Christian booklets in greater Sydney that led to 8 immediately coming to Christ (i.e. Jordan Horsefat, Tommy Perez and John and Betty Santis.)
- Volunteer Evangelist, Arthur Conner, introduced us to potential partners for a “Jesus for Children” outreach in Canberra, A.C.T.
- We visited Armidale, the home community of Ethyl Mc Kenzie a long time friend from Sydney, and Fred spoke to her uncle, Allen Mc Kenzie as well as other young people on the street about their New Testaments and Christian literature.
Please join us in prayer for:
· God’s provision of pastors, teachers, mentors and Christian friends for every new believer.
· Volunteer Evangelist, Dennis Jerrard, suffering from tooth/jaw infections.
· Board of Advisor member, Pastor John Tonga, recuperating from a small stroke on Mother’s Day.
· Board of Advisors President, Brad Small’s mother, who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic and liver cancer.
- All partnering Pastors and their communities, ie. Willie Moses (Cherbourg), Marian Kent (Biloela and Thangool), and Shea Taylor (Woorimbinda) for the “Jesus for Children” outreaches planned for A.C.T.S. Tour in Queensland and the unsaved ones within 100 miles (143 km)of our travel route to Townsville and back to Tweed Heads.
- John Cross who needs His help to overcome obstacles in business and health to further develop Scripture at Schools.
- Pastor Ada Boland and her Townville Youth Outreach 4 – 6 July in which we will participate at the Townsville Community Church.
- Unsaved family members and contacts (i.e. Simon Leedie and Ike and Diane Roiphe) of A.C.T.S. Action Prayer Warriors.
- Pastors Gordon and Lois Johnson to receive God’s provision of volunteers, money for expenses, and Christian materials to outreach into communities between Yamba, Grafton and Lismore, N.S.W.
- Pastors Carl and Gail Musch as they are trying to achieve harmony amongst an unprecedented number of cross cultural workers in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
- God to stir up the leadership to model Christ in the revival meetings in Beswick, N.T. (23 – 30 June, 2013).
